I was thinking last night that there should probably be a story behind all your floating islands in skyblock. Even if i barely play it, I felt it would be fun to read for those who play skyblock a lot. So here it is:
It has been a constant war between the players of Minecraftia and the Endermen. 1,000 years ago, the Endermen first fought the legendary Steve. Since then, the people of the End have developed a new way of throwing blocks at the players. They developed the first endercannon 500 years ago. It could pick up lots of blocks at a time, and soon the world started to fall apart. General Phil had led his army for many years trying to defeat it. But it couldn't be done. They fought until the world ended. And that was when a new world began.
One night, the army of General Phil was once again, fighting the endercannon, when suddenly the world split. The wrold kept splitting, and luckily, the army was trained to be great at parkour. The Endermen has a disadvantage, the endercannon could not jump. The world split between the endercannon, and it fell to the bottomless pit called The Void. The Endermen were stupid enough to go after the endercannon, but after they all jumped down, they realized that they couldn't teleport out of The Void. The players were victorious. There was one problem. Where were they to live? Then they thought of the idea that changed our world. They started prospering on the islands, making villages of at least ten islands each. This is how we developed skyblock.
