1.8 Iron & Gold Farms Q&A, 1.8 General Q&A As Well

Hey guys, a lot of questions have been asked about the 1.8 iron & gold farms and i have answered the questions but nobody has seen it so i thought i might as well start a Q&A thread about these nerfs and such. I'll give off the FAQ first then you can ask away if you feel that your question(s) haven't been answered in the FAQ!
A. In the 1.8 snapshot 14w03a, the nerf of Iron and Gold farms were transform from "Automatic" to "Semi Automatic", it was changed that you can only get the iron and gold form the iron golems and pigman by player interaction of the killing, e.g. manually igniting tnt, to get the iron and gold loot, otherwise you would just get the rotten flesh.A. Well the fix for that snapshot was just to let the pigman & golems build up in a single chamber and manually ignite a TNT block and you would get the gold and iron, and as it were before (i think off the top of my head) you would get more items if you held a looting sword when the TNT was set off.
But as of snapshot 14w04a, the nerf to the iron golems and pigman were removed and put back to normal, which means they drop iron and gold by any means of death. So you can now run the iron and gold farms automatically without any trouble. There are still other ways to get more bonus loot then just getting the regular amount from like lava blade killing or fall height.A. Yes, as of snapshot 14w04a looting now gives off an extra 1% chance of bonus loot per looting levelA. What i mean was that you can still use the method i explained, there are other efficient ways to use these farms like what i said, fall height or lava blade, but what i would do personally to get more loot is by having the pigman fall to 1 hit kill and golems go through lava blades, then build up in a killing chamber and i would then throw a splash instant health potion (for the pigman) and ignite a TNT block (for the golems) and have my looting sword (use looting 3 to get a chance of max bonus) ready so i get the bonus loot effect.
This will work because it works in my SP world, but you don't have to follow what i say, you can do what ever you want to do with your farms, but i will say this; just leave them the way they are now, nothing should be affected.
