But what about making a perk for one of the flying monsters, which makes them able to carry monsters? For example: - A flying mob carries a silverfish to the shrine early game and the silverfish breaks a table. How is this any different from a flying mob breaking a table? - A flying mob carries a giant very high up where it can't be shot down, and occasionally dives down so the giant can spam zombies before escaping again. That's a broken mechanic. - A flying mob carries a blaze. Seriously, that's not even funny. - A flying mob carries something with an odd hitbox, like a giant slime, and everyone suddenly finds that it's impossible to shoot down the flying mob. As well as some logistical problems: - If the flying mob chooses who they carry, what if the person doesn't want to be carried? What's preventing trolls from picking someone up who's about to get a kill and just flying away? - If the other monster decides to ride the flying mob, how do they know who to ride (if it's a perk)? Like zombies, creepers and such? I don't know about that And about the logistical problems, I see the problems very clearly there, well about them being carried away by trolls, in order to ride a mob you usually have to right click, and to dismount it, you just shift-click, so that could be some sort of "preventing" that form the players themselves maybe?
