DVZ suggestion

Well i think there should be a tailor perk where you can pay points to get a higher chance of getting a looting 3. Its all random if you get looting I II or III. So you can say like 10 points for 6% chance of looting 3, 20 points for 10% chance of looting 3 and 35 points for 16% chance. If you don't have any of them upgraded you will get a regular sword. I might bring it back if I ever bring back Bane/Smite with damage bonuses to their respective player mobs. EDIT: Oh, I may have not removed it from iron sword enchants. I may have to fix that.
