There is a plugin for it. It says "Player is afk now" "Player is no longer afk" in chat. It something like that. I could look into the name of it. It also tells you in /list too if there afk or if you try to message the player afk.

That's a function of essentials, which is actually already on the server. The functionality is just disabled.
You can see that the command exists by running /? afk. (Running /afk or /help afk doesn't work, though.)
It supports showing that a player is AFK in /list, but doesn't seem to work with tab (probably because the text [AFK] with formatting takes up half the space for the name... Tab has a stupid 16-char limit). It also has the autoafk message.
