Note: superfrost has already tempbanned this user for the swearing, but the other issues have not yet been handled.

Rules broken: Swearing, insults, spamming an anvil noise.

The spamming of the anvil:



Go to 1:00 for evidence that it was him. Watch him deny it in the chat later!

Yes, the anvil noise is minor, but it was annoying and loud and many people wanted him to stop. So I'm reporting it.

And here's the swearing. Note that Midnightcat1 was also involved - they have been handled as well and it doesn't seem necessary to restate that.

And to modernexotictank: The reason this took so long to post was because it takes a while for me to process, convert, and upload my videos. And I needed to find a chunk in a 3-hour video. But anyways, ha.

Correction I tempbanned him for Constant pm spam after a warning and then leaving and rejoining to avoid a kick in which he keep spamming me again.... To avoid a mute

This is hardly conclusive on its own (though when I was actually playing I saw him place the blocks as well), but I think it serves as confirmation what is descried here. All it does show is him near it (fleeing the scene) while the person who was griefed (the "window" to their place was filled in) says "AGAIN!". But I think that's enough.

Since when was making a noise considered breaking a rule?

And why are you temp-banning people for swearing? Swearing is a chat offence, you mute them, you don't ban them. Unless of course you mean they are bypassing their mute via /msg.

Excuse me, why was my comment deleted, I had a perfectly reasonable comment. Accept the fact that you're wrong.

I never back seat modded, I questioned why making an anvil noise was considered breaking a rule. I have never seen or heard this rule before.

And I know they don't work PM's, hence the reason I asked to check if they were swearing through PM.

Seriously, stop being stuck up, all of you. Without sounding big headed, nearly everything I have said is completely true and valid, yet you wont even accept it. No wonder the server is having troubles, because none of you accept the fact you need to fix stuff.
