SERVER ISSUE - MUST BE SEEN. Everyone is equal

Any form of disrespect or bullying in game, on the forums or on teamspeak is completely un acceptable and 100% against our rules. Bullying isn't a laughing matter and it has occurred to me that certain people have been treating certain people in such a way that would make me want to throw up. I'm not going to be naming any names here what so ever. But I will be going over some of the messages I have received over the past week. 1 individual has almost been crying his eyes out to me, due to the fact that he has been verbally torn apart, being criticized on every little thing they do, taking the mickey out of him just because they find it funny, the poor kid sounded like he wanted to kill himself. Do you know how horrible it is to be bullied or pushed away from a group? I do, I put up with being bullied for 7 years of my life. They were the worst 7 years of my life, and the worst 7 years I will ever experience. It's a continuous circle of depression, and with every insult that is thrown at you, the worse you feel. Do you want this community to turn in to a community where making people rage leave because they feel un welcome is normal? If you are ever caught bullying someone in any way, shape or form, you will be punished. Do you know how embarrassing it is for me to have to deal with people crying, telling me that they're being made to feel un welcome, made to not want to live anymore? It's embarrassing and sad. And I'm sick of the people putting these innocent people in these situations. Know the limit when having a laugh, if you don't know how far to push it, then don't bother in the first place. I will be talking to every single persons name I have been given regarding this topic. You know who you are. The fact that this is a serious issue makes me really disappointed with the people on the server. There's a reason you always die in Dvz........Its just not me. I agree that there has been a lot of bullying on the server lately, and whenever a staff member comes on to moderate it just gives us a hard time. There have been times when I'm trying to help someone out with something, but the chat is flooded with people forcing others to trade, insulting others, and players yelling at others not to grief their buildings. Then I have to punish the offenders, and it takes time away from actually helping whatever person. Posted Mar 22, 15

I feel like ignoring a bully isn't changing anything or fixing an overarching problem, it's covering the problem up. Its not getting rid of anything nor is it really a solution to this problem... For the victim it helps, he does not need to listen to him anymore without him knowing it. There is no negative point about an ignore command. //Sticky? IRL, I don't get bullied because I'm so tall, but I know that it makes people feel like poop. I see it often and I'm always like, "Dude, are you ***** (sorry, I get really angry and annoyed when people do this) brainless? If a bully is mean and theres no one there to hear it, does it matter? Probably not. If you need something pm me or something. I check forum posts sometimes.
