Multiple Rule Breakers

I was on Server 1 playing with my friend and i found a quite deal of rule breaks

Mob Suiciding:

Ok so i tried to get akers to unlock my other thread on the mob suiciders but they said to make a new one.... Pretty pointless to me. But anyway i got more mob suiciders and the pics are pretty clear to idenitfy the people in the pics. There are the same people in a couple so just to be sure. If you can't just say so and i'll make a list okay

Spammers and Caps:

Bear37 & julieferguson123 were spamming in caps

Fly Hacker:
Ok so when i took a screenshot of brandan_iu12345 flyhacking he was way too fast to be creative mode flying cause in a slip second he went into the hole i made as chicken cause i caught him fly hacking. He did this infront of me 5 times but as i said was way too quick for any screenshots to be caught in action.

How do i know he was fly hacking? at first he was shooting me when i was at the ender portal that was like 15 blocks above this sand hill. He suddenly comes flying up in 1 second and shoots me and i caught on fire. If you can't ban him from my report can you please look at any other reports of him (if there is any)
