Enchanter- The Enchanter is a class were you make magic weapons what put negative effects on the enemy(Monsters) they can not be used on the wither! When you spawn at the start of game you will have 32 leaves you can get your book and left click or get more leaves by the following find trees and use your sheers to get the leaves of them, look in the nexus someone may have put some in there.
Blacksmith- As a blacksmith you have to make weapons in your nether brick shop. Smelt the gold ore in to golden ingots and put some redstone dust in the middle like this
After you have done this get your book and left click it and you get your swords and other weapons maybe you will get a legendary sword!
Tailor- You are a armor maker, you start with mushrooms and you need them. With your mushroom left click the book and you get armor gems left click them to get diamond armor, go into the nexus to get more if you get enough you may get some Legendary armor.
Alchemist- You are a potions master, with your brewing stand and bottles set up a shop were you can brew potions. Okay what you want to do is first of all is to put your bottles into your brewing stand then place in the redstone, when that is done you should awkward potions with theses left click your book for them to be transformed.
Builder- First of all left click your book to get some bricks when you have got them just build the walls try and make the walls thick and the castle easy to get around in. As a builder you can fly so after you have made the walls make a ceiling so the wither doesn't get to the shrine. After placing a certain amount of blocks you can access the nexus were you get all your armor and weapons and more.
