According to the Staff thread thats a TMod's job your job as a Mod is "to ban hackers, spleefers and griefers" as well as moderate the chat. You made a big show of pointing out that your only job as Mod was to moderate the chat, thats a TMod's job, if you can only handle a TMod's responsibility maybe you should be demoted.
